We ship orders across India using our logistics partner Delhivery.

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
  • Across India: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, and external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and delivery location.

  • Charges are automatically calculated at checkout
  • Rates vary based on weight and delivery zone
  • Final shipping cost will be displayed before payment

Estimated Weight-Based Charges:

  • Up to 500g: β‚Ή50 – β‚Ή80
  • 500g – 1kg: β‚Ή80 – β‚Ή120
  • 1kg – 2kg: β‚Ή120 – β‚Ή180
  • Above 2kg: Additional charges per kg

Note: Exact shipping charges are calculated in real-time based on your pincode.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • High order volumes or festive seasons

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner but will assist in resolving issues.

6. Incorrect Address
